THE WOODLAND is happy to offer BYOB- Bring your own Beverage for events!  This option gives you the flexibility to bringing your preferred beer, wine, and spirits while saving on traditional bar package costs.  However, to ensure a smooth and responsible experience you are required to use our preferred licensed bartender(s).

BYOB Service Package Details – Staffing Includes

           *(1) Bartender arriving 1 hour before the event start & 5 hours of service

           *Professional bar tools   

           *Assist with order, Pick Up & Delivery of Beer, Wine, & Spirits

           *General and  liquor liability insurance, Title 4 trained

           *$295 for any additional staff needed (guest count of 100+ required additional bartender)

           Essential Package features:

          *Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, and Bottled flat Water

          *Citrus & Garnishes: Lemon & Limes

            Classic Package features:

          *Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Margarita Mix, Cranberry Juice,

                          Orange Juice, and Bottled Flat Water              

          *Citrus & Garnishes: Lemon & Limes

             Elevated Package features:

          *Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water, La Croix, Margarita Mix, Cranberry

                          Juice, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Bottled Flat Water 

          *Citrus & Garnishes: Lemon, Limes, Oranges, Cherries, Olives, Bitters, Simple Syrup
