A: We strongly recommend hiring an event coordinator, as our focus is primarily on venue management. Our team will handle the facility, enforce venue policies, manage the venue staff, and take care of logistics specific to the venue. This includes granting vendors access to appropriate areas and ensuring clean and prepared space. Organizing the event setup and coordinating vendor schedules will be your responsibility or that of your coordinator.
A: No, you won’t need to manage the setup. We will ask for your final arrangement of tables and chairs during your final walkthrough. If you’d like to see examples of floor plans, we would be happy to share those with you.
A: To ensure that all scheduled events stay on track, a $30 fee will be deducted from your deposit for every 15-minute increment.
