Approved Caterers

• Event organizers can use in-house or approved external caterers.
• External caterers need written approval and must meet licensing and insurance requirements.

Catering Documentation and Permits

• External caterers must provide business licenses, health permits, and food safety certifications 60 days before the event.
• Caterers require at least 1 million in general liability insurance, listing the Venue as an additional insured.

Catering Setup and Use of Facilities

• Event Organizer or caterer handles food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Prior approval is needed for Venue facilities; the caterer supplies equipment and adheres to safety regulations.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Food must comply with health regulations; the Venue can inspect practices.
• Event Organizer ensures food safety standards, and at least one staff member must be present throughout the event.

Cleanup and Disposal

• The event Organizer and caterer must remove all food-related waste and restore the area.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if areas are not adequately cleaned.

Damage to Venue

• The event Organizer is liable for damages to the Venue's property caused by the caterer.
• The Venue may withhold fees to cover damages.

Vendor Coordination

• Event Organizer coordinates catering with other vendors and ensures compliance.
• Venue is not responsible for caterer performance or food quality issues.

In compliance with Arizona liquor laws and licensing regulations, only alcohol provided by our approved vendor is allowed. Outside alcohol will not be permitted.
