Although our team members pride themselves on tailoring each event to match the needs of every client, there are often similar questions during the planning process. Below are questions we receive from clients and planners on a regular basis:
Short answer: No. We do recommend planners, as they are a crucial part in making any event a success. If you would like to reserve our space and do not have a planner, please let us know we’d be happy to recommend one for you.
THE WOODLAND is available to be booked one year in advance of the current year.
For example, if it's currently 2024 and you're looking for any date in 2025, you will be able to book. However, if you're looking for 2026, that date would not be available until the start of 2025.
Located right off the Great Room, a bridal suite can be assigned to you for your day-of needs.
Yes. We offer key benefits and/or partnerships with top planners, florists, entertainers, and more, via our PREFERRED VENDOR LIST.
However, we do not require that you use those vendors. Any outside food and drink must provide licenses prior to your event.
Yes. Security is mandatory for all events at THE WOODLAND, regardless of guest count or event type. Please see your sales manager for more details.
Yes, although we do rent out the spaces separately, the availability may vary. Please see your sales manager for more details.
We do have an in-house stereo system connected by an auxiliary connection should you want to utilize our team which does have an extra charge. You're also welcome to bring in your own DJ/Band.
When booking out the entire venue, tables & chairs are provided for up to 140 guests.
